Sliding Door

This balcony had a door that was rotted and leaking water into the house. The subfloor was rotted and the door was missing the appropriate level of waterproofing necessary for the PNW weather. The old door was removed, the subfloor repaired, a waterproofing system was created, and finally the door was installed. This extra preparation combined with the latest technology in door materials and design will keep this door in good shape for years to come.
